'Rat Pack - Swingin' at the Sands' - Take three great singers, add a dash of comedy and rousing camaraderie with a pinch of the greatest songs ever written and what do you get? A perfect night’s entertainment!
This fully choreographed homage to the greatest performers in history features such favourites as “I’ve Got You Under My Skin” and “Mr. Bojangles”, not to mention the numbers every audience can’t help singing and dancing along to, such as “New York, New York”, “That’s Life” and of course “My Way”.
Alongside faithfully recreating the style, panache and wonderful vocals of these all-time greats, ‘Rat Pack – Swingin’ At The Sands’ also brings its own brand of comedy and audience participation, making sure every party goes with a bang and leaving audiences wistfully wishing for the bygone days of the ‘Kings of Cool’.
SUNSETS TOGETHER - MAF
For Majid Al Futaim's 2024 Brokers Awards, the focus was on luxury, intimacy, and delivering an unforgettable event experience. WEW took a bespoke approach, curating entertainment and content tailored to the client's desires.
Guests were greeted with the enchanting melodies of pianist Ryan Gibb, known for his performances alongside Robbie Williams. Illuminated by candlelight, his music set the perfect ambiance as attendees enjoyed delightful starters and engaged in lively conversations.
The evening unfolded with a mesmerizing performance by our dancers, adorned in intricately designed costumes reflecting the sunset theme. Enhanced by custom projection mapping and an aerialist, their graceful movements captivated the audience, earning thunderous applause.
Under the guidance of MC Layne Redman, the awards ceremony proceeded seamlessly against the backdrop of Dream's textured wall complimented by our bespoke projection mapping. Attendees cheered on nominees and celebrated winners, creating an electric atmosphere.
The event reached its climax with a stunning encore from our Sunset dancers, symbolizing achievement and success. Following the awards, guests savored delectable main courses and desserts, accompanied by the vibrant sounds of a DJ and saxophonist duo, ensuring a memorable conclusion to the evening
THE DUBAI SOUL SINGERS
West End Worldwide were tasked with putting together a choir of soul singers for a private event in RAK and boy did we deliver!
We are so proud of each and every member for working under intense pressure and delivering a brilliant performance in the middle of the desert!
And so a new act available in Dubai was born... ladies and gentlemen we give you 'The Dubai Soul Singers' - watch this space!
DRAGONE'S 'TERHAL'
You'll remember that our CEO Lucy was away in Riyadh for a short while earlier this year. This is where she was, working for legend creators 'Dragone' who have collaborated with the Saudi Ministry of Culture to present a new spectacular show. 'Terhal' was unveiled on the 2nd March in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia.
ADFW OPENING CEREMONY
The opening ceremony of 'Abu Dhabi Finance Week' for ADGM, took place on Monday night on the lawn of the iconic Emirates Palace. It was attended by His Excellency Sheikh Khaled as well as Ministers, Ambassadors and leaders of finance from around the globe.
EXPO CLOSING CEREMONY
Lucy Magee was asked to return back to her role as the 'Headline Talent Liaison' for Expo, this time for their Closing Ceremony. What an incredible 6 months that was for the region - a place full of excitement, energy but best of all entertainment! Expo 2020 Dubai has now closed its gates, which concluded with a spectacular closing ceremony on 31 March after 182 days of welcoming visitors from around the world.
'AGENCY WELCOME'
West End Worldwide has signed a deal with the wonderful company 'Zoë Tyler International' to exclusively represent a number of her incredible acts here in the Middle East. ZTI provides the highest calibre of acts within the entertainment industry. Soloists to groups, Classical to Rock, there is something for everyone... we are delighted to add them to our wonderful pool of talent available in the region!

BLOCKCHAIN WORLD OPENING CEREMONY
West End Worldwide produced the opening ceremony for 'Blockchain World' in Abu Dhabi in December 2021.
The ceremony was specially produced for this event and wowed the audience with its impactful design. Merging live performances with state-of-the-art video motion, and enhanced with an especially composed soundtrack this show featured dancers, acrobats, stunt bikes and musicians and launched the event like no other before it!

The last few months saw a change in direction for 'West End Worldwide' as we set to work on an XR television studio for a client in Abu Dhabi! With the best-of-the-best in their fields and immense teamwork, we went above and beyond to deliver excellent content! 18 episodes filmed in 3 days! A NIGHT AT THE THEATRE
Riding into 2020 the company was delighted to be chosen to produce 'A Night at the Theatre' for the annual awards celebration of a large worldwide corporation. The event took place in the ballroom of the JW Marriott Marquis with Australian and West End star, Tim Rogers at the helm.

INSOMNIA
West End Worldwide raised the bar by providing all the entertainment for the gaming festival 'Insomnia' which took place in Dubai in October and Riyadh in November,

THE LOUVRE
West End Worldwide were honoured to be the Creative Directors for a very special live event at the iconic 'Louvre, Abu Dhabi' museum.
For the first time in the Middle East, visitors to The Louvre saw 16 remarkable paintings by Rembrandt Van Rijn, as well as rare pieces by Johannes Vermee, Jan Lievens and Carel Fabritius. The works are drawn from the Leiden Collection and celebrate the Dutch Golden Age.
We were delighted to have the honour of bringing to life the breathtaking piece of art - Jan Steen's 'The Banquet of Anthony and Cleopatra'.
Our team created a theatrical piece of entertainment and performance art using acting, movement, dance, combat and much more! It was a unique, immersive performance.
NEW YORK, NEW YORK
West End Worldwide conceived and produced all the entertainment for this private event on the theme of 'New York, New York'.
Our production team transformed the event space and recreated Sardis, Times Square, a 50's Diner, a Subway map and of course, Broadway.
Entertainment included West End acts 'The Rollerboys' and 'The Jersey Quartet'. They were supported by guest singer Lucy Hunter James and the brilliant Diverse dancers. Roaming entertainment included a Statue of Liberty, two yellow taxi cabs, a popcorn girl and caricaturist.
Sensational vocal guitarist Stephon LaMer played outside and the night was finished off with the cool and upbeat DJ Varski.
THE JERSEY QUARTET ON THE QE2
Theatre by QE2 hosted West End Worldwide's act 'The Jersey Quartet' on the iconic cruise ship last week. The show sold out for two performances and was a huge hit!

AWARD-WINNING
ENTERTAINMENT
Galactica won the 'Best Entertainment Production' at the Middle East Special Events and Exhibition Show 2018.
The Galactica theme was a combination of theatrical set design, laser and lighting show and a West End cast of singers, performers and dancers. The Music Hall was transformed into a spaceship in an event described by the client as the best event they have ever staged!
WINNER OF BEST ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTION AT MESE 2018
West End Worldwide was appointed as the Entertainment Producer of the 'Galactica' event for Global Event Management. Together we created a unique concept and executed exquisite space theme entertainment for the BCG's 10th anniversary end of year party.
The event saw the Music Hall at the Zabeel Saray hotel transformed into a spaceship. This included an interactive LED walkway, an interstellar cocktail lounge, with oxygen machines, retro gaming stations, an interactive gaming floor, Deadmouse DJ along with weird and wonderful walkabout characters.
The Main Hall, better known as the Mothership, was transformed with full LED screens all around to give the appearance of being seated in a spaceship flying through space. The evening’s entertainment included a whole host of different acts such as a laser violin battle, an Opera singer, LED pois act, acrobatics and an 8-piece party band.
The crowd was blown away by the spectacular performance by the Earthlights, the headline act flown in from the UK.
